When did you FIRST THINK about getting a motorcycle? I was 12 or 13; got a mini bike then a dirt bike and after I turned 15 a street bike.
What attracted you to your current bike? I like the way it looked.
Fastest you’ve ridden?120, and that was plenty fast for me.
How long does it take you to polish your bike? About a six pack, sometimes two if I happen to follow Mike down a dirt road.
Helmet or no helmet? Helmet.
How many bikes have you owned? Three (street legal)
If you could change something about your bike, what would it be? I wish it was new again………just rolled 55k.
What is the next accessory you will be adding? Nothing new for the Harley…..I’m saving for a new bike next summer.
Favorite road song? Born to be Wild.
What are 3 lessons you’ve learned about riding safely in the past 12 months? Lesson #1: Practice Lesson #2: Practice Lesson #3 Practice. Seriously, you have to practice your skills every time you ride, especially braking.
Longest ride? Daytona and back in a day, about 900 miles.
What was the worst weather you've ridden? A heavy rain storm on I-10 in Louisiana; the lanes were rutted and filled with about 2 inches of water….can you say hydroplane.

Next event you would like to attend? Sturgis
Ever hit any critters, alive or dead? I had a bird fly into me once.
Do you have a ride bell on your bike? Of course, but every wrecked or broke down bike I ever saw had one too……….go figure.
Why do you ride? I don’t really know; it consumes me…..I’m an addict.
What is your “dream machine”? A Screaming Eagle Road Glide.
If you had only 7 bucks left in your wallet, what would you do with it? Buy lunch on my next ride.
Why did you join the Pensacola SCRC Chapter? I finally found a group that likes to RIDE! I feel blessed to be a part of this great Chapter.
